Payment Terms & Condition:
- A non-refundable 10,000 deposit is needed to secure the date, which will be deducted from the overall contract amount.
- Half of the total amount should be paid two months before the event.
- Remaining balance should be settled one week prior.
These policies have been implemented in consideration of ours’ and our partners’ schedules and losses that can arise due to a cancellation. We expect you to take this into considerations.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once a cancellation has been initiated the down payment is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made two months prior to the event will receive a full refund of the required payment.
- Cancellations made at least one month in an advance of the event will receive a 50% refund of the payment amount.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the event, no refund will be issued.
These cancellation policies were implemented taking into consideration of our co-suppliers and our schedule.
We/they have blocked the date of your event and if cancellation will be made, damages and loss of profit will occur to us and to our co-suppliers. Please be considerate
Terms & Condition
1. We shall impose a surcharge of PHP5,000.00 for each hour in excess of the agreed upon venue rental, as well as a fee of PHP350.00 per hour for the use of any additional room.
2. A corkage fee of PHP5,000.00 shall be applied to external catering suppliers.
3. A corkage fee of PHP2,500.00 shall be applied for LED Wall (from an external provider).
4. A Corkage Fee of PHP350.00 per food cart will be applied as they are equipped with necessary appliances.
5. We initiate pre-cooling of the venue's air-conditioning system one hour before the event.
6. The use of A/C while performing the photoshoot and preparing the suppliers within the venue is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
7. Once visitors have entered the venue, the rental hour shall be regarded as commenced
8. The charging of cellphones and batteries is forbidden both inside the venue and in the hallway
9. It is respectfully requested that the premises be kept clean at all times.
10. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the VPR Garden.
To prevent any difficulties, please observe the aforementioned regulations.
